That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSOCS25-011, dated August 5, 2025 of the City Solicitor as follows: That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSOCS25- 011 dated August 5, 2025 of the City Solicitor respecting settlement of litigation and acquisition of property.
