That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSOCS24-010 dated November 12, 2024 of the City Solicitor as follows: That staff be authorized and directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSOCS24-010 dated November 12, 2024 of the City Solicitor respecting Friends of Bonnerworth Park v. Peterborough (City); Superior Court of Justice File No. CV-24-00000389-0000.
