That, respecting Report CLSCLK22-017 dated June 6 of the City Clerk, Presentation by COPHI, a) The Mayor and City staff be authorized and directed to proceed, as amended, as outlined in the memorandum of the CAO distributed in closed session following the presentation by City of Peterborough Holdings Inc .
