That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS24-006, dated June 3, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the property known municipally as 625 Watts Avenue, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS24-006 dated June 3, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
