That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report FCSFS25-026 dated November 10, 2025, of the Commissioner of Finance and Corporate Support Services, as follows: That Report FCSFS25-026, advising Council that a public meeting will be held on November 10, 2025, at 6:00 pm, to hear public delegations on the 2026 Draft Budget, be received.
