That Council approve the recommendation in Report LSRS26-003, dated January 12, 2026, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the Lands known municipally as part of 115 Hunter Street East and part of 124 Robinson Street, staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS26-003 dated January 12, 2026, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
