That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGACP24-011, dated May 13, 2024, of the Commissioner, Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: That respecting the Funding Agreements with First Nation Communities, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report IPGACP24-011, dated May 13, 2024, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting).
