That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSOCS22-004 dated July 25, 2022 of the City Solicitor as follows: That the City proceed with the Peterborough Public Health proposal on terms acceptable to the CAO and City solicitor provided that such mortgages are approved with Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation.
