That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSPL22-009, dated June 6, 2022, of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: That a Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment be approved pursuant to Section 39 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. c.P.13, to permit a portion of the existing building known as 873 High Street to be used as a printing shop for a period of up to two (2) years in accordance with Exhibit C of Report IPSPL22-009.
