That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL22-008, dated June 6, 2022, of the Interim Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, as follows: a) That Section 3.9 Exceptions, of the Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended by adding Exception number .351 in accordance with Exhibit C of Report IPSPL22- 008; b) That the subject property be rezoned from R.1,1m,2m – Residential District to R.3-351 – Residential District in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL22-008.
