That General Committee approve the recommendations outlined in Report LSCLK26-014, dated May 25, 2026, of the Commissioner of Legislative Services as follows: a) That the draft By-law, attached as Appendix A to Report LSCLK26-014, to delegate authority during the Restricted Acts Period be approved; and, b) That the By-law only be effective if a Restricted Acts Period is declared and remain in effect until the inaugural meeting of the new Council.
