That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS24-015, dated September 16, 2024, of the Commissioner of Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the Curtis Creek Project, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS24-015 dated September 16, 2024, of the Commissioner of Legislative Services.
