That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSFPM23-002, dated September 5, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: a) That the Parkland Development Assistance Capital budget (Project Reference 5-2.02) be increased by $320,000 by a transfer from the Capital Levy Reserve; and b) That ITT-40-23 for Landscape Construction Services for Broadway Park, be awarded to Gray’s Landscaping & Snow Removal Inc., 708 Front Road, Pickering, Ontario, L1W 1P2, at a cost of $530,163.22 plus HST of $68,921.22 for a total cost of $599,084.44.
