That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSSS23-015 dated April 24, 2023 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Report CSSS23-015 dated April 24, 2023 of the Commissioner of Community Services, “544 McDonnel Street Municipal Housing Project Facilities Agreement”, as amended.
