That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL24-019, dated August 6, 2024, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management as follows: That Special District 189 (SP.189) of the Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Appendix C to Report IPGPL24-019.
