That Council approve the amended recommendations outlined in Report IPGPL23-006, dated December 4, 2023, as follows: a) That Report IPGPL23-006 be received as information; b) That the Mixed-Use Corridors Urban Design Guidelines attached as Appendix A to Report IPGPL23-002 (attached as Appendix A to Report IPGPL23-006) be adopted to provide a non-statutory visualization of the City's intent for urban design to promote Official Plan conformity; c) That the Director of Planning, Development and Urban Design be authorized to consolidate the Central Area Urban Design Guidelines and Mixed-Use Corridors Urban Design Guidelines, if it is determined by staff that consolidating the documents will enhance the clarity and usability of the guidelines; and, d) That staff report to Council within two years of the Mixed-Use Corridors Urban Design Guidelines' adoption to evaluate their performance and inform options for enhancement.
