That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL23-007, dated April 11, 2023 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: a) That the presentation of the Central Area Urban Design Guidelines by The Planning Partnership Ltd. be received; b) That changes required to align with the new official plan, as amended and approved by the Province of Ontario as of Tuesday April 11th, 2023 be noted in the Central Area Urban Design guidelines prior to public engagement and adoption; and,
