Adopt Central Area Urban Design Guidelines

That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL23-007, dated April 11, 2023 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: a) That the presentation of the Central Area Urban Design Guidelines by The Planning Partnership Ltd. be received; b) That the Central Area Urban Design Guidelines, as updated by staff to align with the recently amended and approved Official Plan, by the Province of Ontario on April 11, 2023, be adopted, replacing the 1992 Site and Building Design Guidelines.
