That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report LSRS24-002, dated March 11, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: a) That, subject to recommendation b), the property known municipally as 1576 Matchett Line, Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan be declared surplus to municipal requirements and the notice requirements of By-law 95-62 be waived; and b) That staff be directed to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS24-002 dated March 11, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
