That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGPL24-004, dated March 11, 2024, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: That Section 6.1.7 of the Official Plan be amended in accordance with the draft Official Plan Amendment No. 2 attached as Exhibit A to Report IPGPL24-004.
