That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAO21-006 dated December 6, 2021, of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That salary compensation as outlined in Report CAO21- 006 dated December 6, 2021, of the Chief Administrative Officer respecting the Non-Union Employee Group covering the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023, be approved.
