Amended Recommendation: a) That Report MOENV24-033 be received for information; b) That Council provide staff with direction to proceed with Option 2 - Continue Waste Collection Services for the Exception List; and c) That clarity be provided involving Site Plans for multi-residential units and garbage collection expectations in the future.
