That Council approve the recommendations as amended, as follows: a) That the report be received for information. b) That staff be directed to revert to the traditional Canada Day event as a parade; and, That staff be directed to report back in 2024 on the results of the parade so that Council can make a decision on the future of the parade in 2025.
