That staff be directed to strike an APS with CCM at a price that is consistent with a proposed budget for land acquisition and otherwise on terms acceptable to the CAO (or IPS Commissioner) including conditions relating to the price, environmental due diligence and provincial/federal funding, all on terms acceptable to the CAO (or IPS Commissioner) and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor; and, That staff obtain all necessary MECP approvals.
