That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAO24-001 dated April 2, 2024 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: a) That, pursuant to section 7 of Hearing Officer By-law 20-077, David McFadden and James Spina, each be appointed as a Hearing Officer for the City of Peterborough; and b) That staff undertake a review of Hearing Officer remuneration and report back including with recommendations, if any, for changes to Hearing Officer remuneration.
