That Council approve the recommendations as amended, as follows: a) That Report IPGPL24-010 be received for information. b) That staff provide an information report to Council by January 2025 on: - The newly approved official plan - The Secondary plan - Prevailing provincial policies - County and Township planning documents - Urban Design Guidelines; and - Inclusive and affordable housing opportunities
