That By-laws 23-094 to 23-098 be approved. 23-094 - Being a By-law to repeal By-law 21-125, being a by-law to debenture the 2022 portion of the Fire Services Property Upgrades 23-095 - Being a By-law to replace By-law 21-125 and authorize the 2022 portion of the Fire Services Property Upgrades at an estimated cost of $850,000 and the issuing of tax-supported debentures to a maximum of $300,000 to finance the work 23-096 - Being a By-law to authorize the 2023 portion of the Next Generation 9-1-1 project at an estimated cost of $1,797,700 and the issuing of tax-supported debentures to a maximum of $550,000 to finance the work 23-097 - Being a By-law to amend the Zoning By-law to remove the "H" - Holding Symbol from the Zoning for a portion of the lands at 663, 689 and 739 Lily Lake Road being Lots 1 to 122 and Blocks 123 to 142 inclusive on Plan 45M-262 23-098 - Being a By-law to authorize the widening of Woodland Street
