Be it resolved that the decision regarding the disposition of 705 Sherbrooke be deferred; and, That staff be directed to explore potential opportunities for the use of the property in collaboration with local supportive housing providers - including but not limited to CMHA, Fourcast, and other relevant partners - and report back to Council with findings and recommendations.
