Implementing parking restrictions on Hetherington Drive and amending Parking By-law

d) That as part of any approval for demolition at 107 Park Street North, the applicant be required to provide the City with confirmation from a Qualified Person that a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment has been completed, and that any necessary remediation, containment, or monitoring plans are in place prior to or concurrent with demolition. Further, that securities be required to ensure compliance with environmental obligations under provincial regulation.

Requesting Municipal Ice Storm Assistance for March 2025 storm costs and delegating application authority

Whereas the Corporation of the City of Peterborough has eligible costs directly linked to the March 2025 ice storm; the council of the Corporation of the City of Peterborough hereby requests assistance under the Municipal Ice Storm Assistance program.
