That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPGENG23-001, dated December 4, 2023, of the Commissioner, Infrastructure, Planning and Growth Management (Acting) as follows: That an all-way stop not be implemented at the intersection of Kawartha Heights Boulevard and Denure Drive.
