That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSRS23-010, dated June 5, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the properties known municipally as 212 Lansdowne Street West and 135 Aylmer Street South, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CLSRS23-010 dated June 5, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services.
