That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSRS23-012, dated September 25, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting the Chemong Road Reconstruction Project, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CLSRS23-012 dated September 25, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services.
