That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL23-008, dated April 3, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: a) That Section 3.9 Exceptions, of the Zoning By-law 97-123 be amended by adding exception number .353 in accordance with Exhibit C of Report IPSPL23- 008 as amended; and b) That the subject properties be rezoned from R.1, R.2, R.3, R.4 – Residential District to R.4-353 – Residential District in accordance with Exhibit C of Report IPSPL23-008. At the meeting of April 3, 2023, the following was added: c) That Exhibit C of Report IPSPL23-008 be amended in accordance with the Memorandum of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services, dated April 3, 2023.
