That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report LSRS24-005, dated April 22, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services as follows: That, respecting a proposed land acquisition, staff be directed to proceed, as amended, as outlined in Closed Session Report LSRS24-005 dated April 22, 2024, of the Commissioner, Legislative Services.
