That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPAPL23-018, dated June 5, 2023 of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: That section 3.9.311 of the Zoning By-law be modified in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-018.
