That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSFS23-040 dated August 16, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services, as follows: That Report CLSFS23-040 advising Council that presentations from the Chief Administrative Officer and Department Commissioners respecting the 2024 Budget Guideline, will be made on August 16, 2023, at 6:00 pm, be received.
