That Council approve the recommendation(s) outlined in Report CSSS22-008, dated February 7, 2022 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: a) That up to $500,000 be provided from the Homeownership Assistance Loan Program revolving fund to Habitat for Humanity partner families for down payment assistance; and b) That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into agreements for project funding with applicants and other associated agreements, on terms satisfactory to the Commissioner of Community Services and in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor.
