That the following by-laws be passed: 22-007 - Being a by-law to authorize the borrowing of $15,000,000 for 2022 current expenditures 22-008 - Being a by-law to authorize the execution of the Improving Wastewater and Stormwater Discharges in Lake Ontario Funding transfer payment agreement(s) and any subsequent corresponding agreements or amendments between Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario and The Corporation of the City of Peterborough in a form acceptable to the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services and the City Solicitor 22-009 - Being a by-law to authorize the use of Optical Scanning Vote Tabulators for the purpose of counting votes at the 2022 Municipal Election, and the use of Internet Voting as alternative Voting Methods and to authorize advance voting for use in the 2022 Municipal Election
