That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSRS24-004, dated April 2, 2024, of the Commissioner, Community Services as follows: That the CAO and Commissioner of Community Services be provided delegated authority to authorize the submission of applications and execution of documents related thereto to obtain liquor sales licences for City facilities in forms acceptable to the City Solicitor.
