That Council, through their authority as set out in Chart 3 of Appendix A of the City’s Procurement By-law 22-070, approve the recommendation outlined in Report IPSACP23-006, dated April 3, 2023 from the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: That the contract for ITT-19-22 with Buildscapes Construction Ltd., 457 Garyray Drive, Toronto Ontario, M9L 1P6, for Construction Services for the Cedargrove Park Stormwater Management Facility Sediment Removal and Retrofit project be increased by $357,912.15 from $2,511,913.97 to $2,869,826.12, plus HST of $373,077.40 for a total cost of $3,242,903.52.
