That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL23-010, dated April 3, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: a) That Section 3.9, Exceptions of Zoning By-law 1997-123 be amended to add Exception .355 which identifies a site-specific regulation to ensure that the parking area is designed to permit forward-facing access to an arterial street; and b) That the subject property be rezoned from D.2 – Development District to R.2, 4k,10a – 355 – Residential District, in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-010.
