Authorize five-year Innovation Cluster agreement

That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CLSFS22-005, dated February 14, 2022 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services, as follows: a) That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute an Agreement with the Innovation Cluster – Peterborough and the Kawarthas for a five year term from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2026, on terms acceptable to the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services and in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor and substantially in the form attached as Appendix A to Report CLSFS22-005. b) That Mr. Skinner or a representative from the Peterborough Innovation Cluster be invited to the Council meeting on February 28, 2022, as a delegate
