That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report IPSPL23-011, dated April 3, 2023, of the Commissioner of Infrastructure and Planning Services as follows: a) That Section 3.9, Exceptions of Zoning By-law 1997-123 be amended to add Exception .356 which identifies site-specific regulations to recognize existing deficiencies in the width of the parking access aisle and the area of landscaped open space; and b) That the subject property be rezoned from C.5 – Commercial District to SP.241 –356 – Commercial District, in accordance with the draft amendment attached as Exhibit ‘C’ to Report IPSPL23-011.
