That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report CSSS24-010, dated April 22, 2024 of the Commissioner of Community Services as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report CSSS24-010, dated April 22, 2024, from the Commissioner of Community Services to allow for additional funding for emergency shelters.
