That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report LSCLK23-006, as amended, dated December 4, 2023, as follows: a) That Council approve the 2024 Council meeting schedule, attached as appendix A to the report; and, b) That Procedure By-law 21-104, be amended to incorporate Finance Committee agenda items into General Committee and that the start time for General Committee meetings be 6:00 p.m.
