That General Committee approve the recommendation outlined in Report CAOPC23-005, dated October 10, 2023 of the Chief Administrative Officer as follows: That staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Report CAOPC23-005 dated October 10, 2023 of the Chief Administrative Officer respecting the Non-Union Employee Group covering the period January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027.
