That Council approve the recommendations outlined in Report CLSRS23-009, dated June 5, 2023, of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Services as follows: a)That the properties known municipally as Part 2 on 45R11870 and part of the lane located to the south of 34 Jackson Avenue be declared surplus to the City’s requirements. b)That the notice requirements of By-law 95-62 be waived. c)That, respecting the disposition of Part 2 and part of the lane shown on Plan 98located to the south of 34 Jackson Avenue, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Report CLSRS23-009 dated June 5, 2023 of the Commissioner of Corporate and Legislative Service s.
