a) That a presentation by EVOQ Strategies be received for information; and b) That the recommendation of the Peterborough Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee (PACAC) to adopt the Heritage Conservation District Study for the Downtown under Part V, Section 40(1) of the Ontario Heritage Act (R.S.O. 2005, c. 6. s. 29.), be approved.
