That Council approve the recommendation outlined in Report MOAIR23-002, dated December 4, 2023, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations (Acting) as follows: That, respecting certain long-term leases at the Peterborough Municipal Airport, staff be authorized to proceed as outlined in Closed Session Report MOAIR23- 002, dated December 4, 2023, of the Commissioner of Municipal Operations.
