d) That as part of any approval for demolition at 107 Park Street North, the applicant be required to provide the City with confirmation from a Qualified Person that a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment has been completed, and that any necessary remediation, containment, or monitoring plans are in place prior to or concurrent with demolition. Further, that securities be required to ensure compliance with environmental obligations under provincial regulation.
